Alpen Confections uses the contact information, gift choices and notes you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and coordinate your gifts. A request does not subscribe you to marketing.
What we collect
Your name, email, optional organization, gift selections, timing and delivery preferences, and the notes you choose to share. Please do not enter payment-card details, recipient address lists or sensitive medical information. We can discuss ingredient preferences and arrange any additional information separately.
How we handle it
Requests are stored in private server-side storage provided through OpenAI Sites. Access is restricted to authorized Alpen staff. Resend delivers request acknowledgments and staff notifications. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse and may process technical browser and network information for that purpose. We do not sell your information.
We retain unconverted inquiries for up to twelve months, subject to routine deletion processing. If an inquiry becomes an order, the necessary business records are handled separately. Invoices and payments are arranged through Square.
Your choices
To ask about, correct or request deletion of your inquiry, contact info@alpenconfections.com or call 970-648-0609. We may need to verify the request before changing or disclosing information.
